Fair terms
No minimum term. No setup, onboarding or training fee. No exit fee. Cancel yourself in the app in one click, and take everything you have put in with you.
Garage software has a reputation for three-year contracts, money taken up front and a fight on the way out. We think the terms are part of the product, so here is the whole set in one place rather than scattered across a pricing page and a sign-up form. Everything below is true on the date at the top, and this page changes the day any of it stops being true.
1. There is no minimum term
- Every paid plan is monthly, or annual if you choose to pay annually for the discount.
- There is no twelve-month tie-in, no three-year agreement and no auto-renewing term you have to give notice to escape.
- You are never asked to sign a contract to start. You sign up and use it.
2. The trial does not take a card
- Paid plans start with 14 days free, and we do not ask for card details to begin.
- Because there is no card, nothing charges you at the end of the trial by accident. If you do nothing, nothing happens.
- The free Solo plan has no time limit at all.
3. We publish what it costs
- Every price is on the pricing page as a number you can read before you talk to anyone: Solo free, Starter £29, Workshop £79, Multi-Bay £149 per month.
- There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no implementation fee and no training fee. Not reduced, not waived for the first year. There is not one.
- Helping you move your existing records across is part of signing up, not a line on an invoice.
4. You cancel it yourself, in the app
- Cancelling is a button in Billing. It takes one click and it works at two in the morning.
- You do not have to telephone anyone, write a letter, give notice, or explain yourself to a retention team.
- Your account stays usable until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off the moment you press it.
- If you change your mind before that date, you can undo it yourself the same way.
5. Your data is yours, and you can take it
- Settings has an Export my data button. It produces your customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices, quotes, bookings, certifications and team as plain CSV files in a single download.
- You do not have to ask us, wait for us, or pay for it, and it is the same export whether you are staying or leaving.
- It is machine-readable on purpose. A file you cannot load into anything else is not really your data.
- There is no exit fee, and we will not hold your records while an invoice is discussed.
6. What we will not do
Stated plainly, because these are the things garages tell us they have been caught by elsewhere:
- We will not put you on a multi-year term.
- We will not take a year of fees in advance before you have used it.
- We will not charge you to leave, or to get your own records out.
- We will not keep billing after you have asked us to stop.
- We will not quote a price only after a sales call.
- We will not raise your price without telling you first, in writing, with time to decide.
7. Where this sits
This page describes how we intend to behave and is written to be read, not to be argued over. The binding documents are the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Service Level Agreement. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents govern. If you spot a difference, tell us and we will fix whichever one is wrong.
