Two parts. A one-off bounty when a garage's subscription sticks: £100 on Workshop, £40 on Starter, £175 on Multi-Bay. Then a share of what they pay us every month for 12 months, starting at 15% and rising to 25% as you introduce more. A Workshop garage is worth about £242 to a new partner and about £290 once you reach Gold. Monthly volume bonuses sit on top.
